Job description

Mission
As Key Account Manager (KAM) at Brigad, your role will be to build and develop strong relationships with the hospitality industry’s market leaders (Elior, Sodexo, Compass, Accor…). You will have to deploy our product in France, onboarding your clients to our vision and values. Because of the global nature of these companies, you will also take part into Brigad’s international expansion.

Responsibilities
As KAM, you will have two main missions:

  1. Acquisition & Development (80%)
  • Identify, map out and get in touch with key points of contact within targeted companies,
  • Set up meetings and define business strategy,
  • Lead discussions and negotiations with businesses and headquarters’ executives (HR Director, Digital Transformation Managers, Purchasing Director …)
  • Deploy Brigad within the different sites and branches of each group,
  • Develop a sustainable business relationship with your interlocutors,
  • Implement strategies to maintain and increase the volume of active customers.
  1. Analysis & Feedback (20%)
  • Analyze performance and increase cross-selling,
  • Work closely with the Product and Customer Service Teams to build processes and features that will help Brigad grow.

You will report directly to our Senior Key Account Manager.

We are looking for someone with significant experience in a similar position to help us shape the KAM department. We would love to meet someone who is:

  • A seasoned business developer (>2 years of experience) with a hunter’s mindset, used to dealing with big players. You are perfectly familiar with sales cycles’ management and how to optimize / shorten them.
  • Organized and thorough. Used to project management, you are able to rally around the same goal several interlocutors within an organization, at a national level. You will need to set up clear processes to ensure communication and visibility.
  • Open-minded and curious, you are really motivated about a challenge
  • Ready to take on new opportunities within a fast-growing startup. Your ambition and entrepreneurship will help us structure the team!
  • Attracted by the hospitality industry and willing to bring a real change and added value to the table

Recruitment process

  1. Video interview with our Talent Acquisition department to get to know you a little better and answer any questions you may have about the position, Brigad’s values & mission and the recruitment process.
  2. In-person interview in our Paris office with your future manager. This will include an in-house case study.
    Followed by in-person interview with our French Country Manager.
  3. Core values in-person interview with 2 senior Brigad employees (sometimes a C-Level executive!)
