→ Your mission
Your role will consist in turning the top 20 groups of the Hospitality industry into Brigad users on the UK market. You will be responsible for closing these groups and maintaining a strong level of relationship with the C-level members.
→ Your responsibilities
Map the group and define your hunt strategy.
Develop a strong network in the Hospitality industry.
Engage with C-level people (HRD - COO - CFO - CEO) to generate interest and to understand their current HR challenges.
Build a long term strategy with the decision-makers and make them “Brigad sponsors” over time.
Engage with all other necessary stakeholders to make Brigad an official supplier (Finance, Legal, etc).
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience and Finance teams to maximize your chances of success and to provide them with direct feedback from clients.
Role reporting directly to the VP sales hospitality
Qualitative and quantitative bonus structure based mainly on achieving the target GMV, sites activation and obtaining sponsorship by c-level decision makers

You are a driven and motivated individual with exceptional Sales and Communication skills and the ability to create meaningful connections fast.
We would love to meet someone who has :
7+ years of experience in Sales/ Business Development with key accounts
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
A proven track record and a focus on hitting targets
A highly positive and contagious energy
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
An existing network in the Hospitality industry is a strong plus especially in the UK market.
A great autonomy, you are responsible for the entirety of your market alone.
Strong data analysis and reports preparation
Fluent English is a must, a good level of French is a plus
The role is based in Paris and will require frequent travel to the UK
