→ Your mission

As a part of the Platform Experience Team (composed of the Tech and the Product teams) and directly under Jean’s management (co-founder & CPO), you will lead the Product Design team currently composed of two Product Designers.

Your mission is to manage and grow the team in charge of building the leading user experience of our market, in collaboration with the VP Brand Experience and the Product Management team.

In detail, you will be in charge of:

Management:

• Manage, grow and define the organization of the Product Design team.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations and staff allocation on design-related topics.
• Build a team culture that favors collaboration and mutual feedback between product designers to help them grow as a team.
• Define the suite of tools, processes and rituals to improve the way the team works and delivers.
• Define the collaboration between Product Designers with Product Managers & Tech Team.

Expertise

• Be the guardian of the User Experience: Ensure UX and UI consistency, elevate overall product quality, design execution and to build an outstanding high quality and consistent user experience
• Own the cross-platform Design System and structure the DesignOps to support team growth.

Strategy

• Be the voice of the user and participate in the Product Strategy and the Product Roadmap definitions alongside Lead Product Managers and CPO.

• Work on an exhaustive set of products and audience: B2C and B2B, web and mobile, with cross-platform usages
• Working in a international environment

If you have…

• At least 5 years of experience as a product designer and at least 2 years of experience as a design manager
• You worked in product-centric companies with web and mobile products.
• Strong knowledge of UX methodologies and frameworks, workshop facilitation, UX research activities and tools, design tools, design systems
• A good understanding of product management, the process from discovery to delivery, the main tools and frameworks
• You’re fluent in French and in English
