The position

Job description

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for all aspects related to onboarding, learning, development, coaching, and professional growth in the EMEA area. You will be helping Botifyer’s sellers navigate the sales process, hone their strategy, and achieve their revenue targets. You will develop enablement plans, establish department goals, and drive process improvements.


Preferred experience

Your responsabilities :

  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop the overall sales enablement strategy.
  • Establish departmental objectives and KPIs. Develop an understanding of what skills and processes and required by the sales organization to drive revenue growth.
  • Update existing new hire onboarding programs to get new sellers ramped up and prepared to succeed in their roles.
  • Implement, deliver, and provide training on sales playbooks to provide sellers with the knowledge and processes required to navigate the sales process.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional departments leads in demand generation, sales operations, and solutions.

Your qualifications :

  • 8+ years of experience in sales or sales enablement in the enterprise SaaS space, preferably in MarTech or a related industry.
  • A deep understanding of sales methodologies, sales cycles, and the challenges that sales teams encounter.
  • A proven track record leading organizational change around onboarding, learning, development, and enablement.
  • An inspirational and motivational leader who is comfortable delivering trainings and dedicated to helping others improve.
  • A passion for learning and development and an understanding of how to apply best practices in building content for adult learning.
