Job description

The primary objective of this role is to generate tangible revenue generating opportunities for Bleckwen by building, maintaining, and nurturing partnerships and building sales pipelines on the French market and provide support to the sales team on European market.

We are looking for a person able to :

  • Create and/or accelerate new business.
  • Be responsible for all the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and overall pipeline management and development.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with operational and executive staff or prospects to ensure the highest levels of efficient operational interaction.
  • assist the Head of Sales for team management and coordinate the sales team on international account that have HQ in France.

Preferred experience

• 5 years of demonstrated experience working for a fast growing software company or in startup environment (ideally a fintech) is required, with consistent track record in an Enterprise Sales role.
• Exceptional communication skills and relationship building skills with demonstrated success in working with C-level executives and building relationships across all levels in partner organizations.
• Clarity of thought and entrepreneurial skills to develop new go-to market strategies.
• Ability to develop strong partnerships and a collaborative, team environment within and across functional organizations.
