Your Mission

We are looking for a HRIS Change Management expert to join the Workday Implementation Project Team, within People Operations, for a 1-year contract.

Workday modules include Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management (Performance and Learning will come in a second step).

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute/lead to change activities to ensure Workday adoption by the business and effective user training
  • Change & user adoption - define the vision, change management strategy and plan, understand and capture the impacts, assess the readiness, and provide the support and training needed to help people work differently
  • Process re-design - understand people’s needs, visualize how they engage with Workday, identify moments that matter, and ensure changes driven by Workday are captured and documented appropriately
  • Insights & analysis - measuring the effectiveness of Workday and providing insights to deliver the intended change both pre, during and post-go-live
  • Design and deliver communications and engagement activities
  • Support HR team and managers on change readiness activities
  • Your Qualifications

  • 3 years of Change Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in several end to end Change Management projects, including the delivery of change management deliverables
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal; public speaking; animating trainings)
  • You’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
  • You are creative & you love to think outside the box
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong nice to have: Knowledge of some or all Workday functionality like Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Integrations, Security, Data Conversion, Talent Optimization, and Learning
