Your Mission

We’re looking for an Office & Facility Assistant to join our BlaBlaCar team in the central of Paris. You will join a dynamic team within an ever-scaling company that now boasts more than 700 employees across 10 countries worldwide. As a part of the Facility Team, you will support our daily administrative tasks and directly contribute to ensure the smooth running of the office, always driven by our values, and respect of the environment, sustainability and eco-friendly approach.

Your responsibilities

  • Logistics and moving furniture
  • Reception and support of service providers
  • Jira ticket management (general services requests)
  • Accompaniment of various visitors (real estate agency, auditors, etc.)
  • Badge management (enrolment, visual creation and printing, Bamboo update)
  • Auditorium management (equipment management, technical assistance to employees for any type of event)
  • Event logistics (benchmark, contact and service provider reception, monitoring of set-up and layout of defined areas)
  • Miscellaneous logistics (consumable replenishment, layout)
  • Service control audit, monitoring and updating of specifications
  • Administrative support for the office manager
  • Internal communication
  • Your qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2  years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent written and spoken French & English is a must
  • Accounting knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of multi-technical maintenance (electrical panel verification, water routine, temperature control
  • Ability to create and maintain a friendly, welcoming and warm atmosphere in the office
  • Excellent team-work attitude and ability to execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner
  • Attention to details, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvements
  • Self-confident, uses good judgment and able to make sound decisions 
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
  • You're a true multi-tasker, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
