In order to constantly develop our Fun&Serious spirit, we are looking for a Facility Manager for our Paris office.

Within the Facilities team, your role will be to provide technical management in collaboration with our Office Manager.

What you will directly contribute to

• Ensuring that the general upkeep and maintenance of the building meet healt and safety standards as well as legal requirements
• Overseeing building projects renovations and refurbishments
• Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained
• Overseeing providers for services including technology, cleaning, security and so on
• Drafting reports and making written recommendations
• Proposing improvement in terms of work environment

What you will need to be successful

• Demonstrate very good communication skills
• A strong ability to lead projects with autonomy and thoroughness
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a service oriented possition, ideally in facilities
• A prior experience in consulting as IT Support would be a plus
• Be humble, organized and a relentless doer
• Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
