We are actively looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to reinforce the Performance team and take accountability of different projects and studies in the fields of Connectivity, Visibility and Automation.
The Supply Chain Performance department is accountable, at corporate and local levels, for the robustness and efficiency of Supply processes. The department drives Supply Chain transformation through a roadmap of projects worldwide, with the constant objective of improving customer satisfaction and processes efficiency. The team is also accountable to document and share best practices, deliver and maintain the relevant KPIs to measure and improve the overall Supply Chain performance of the company.
As our environment is evolving fast, new challenges and opportunities rise and encourage us to develop our interoperability and efficiency. Digitalization & Analytics allow us to capture and share more data to improve our decision making and automate some processes to alleviate our organization from low adding-value tasks.
As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will design and lead studies and projects to contribute to this transformation, you perform diagnostics to qualify the context and challenges, you design and propose solutions or investigations together with a deployment plan. You lead this plan execution with the stakeholders involved from Supply Chain department, you handle the change management and pilot the transformation in terms of quality, planning, risks and budgets reporting efficiently the project progress and challenges to the steering committee.
