Job description

WHO ARE WE?

At Bene Bono, your grocery shopping becomes a force for positive change, as we offer weekly eco-conscious groceries at prices up to 40% lower.

Here is the deal: every week, we curate a huge selection of qualitative products that we have saved from waste directly at the producers’ & manufacturers’.

This way, we are able to freshly present them at significant discounts. When you choose Bene Bono, you:

- support producers and manufacturers in enhancing their offerings,

- actively fight waste at its source and take part in an impactful environmental journey,

- save money without compromising the quality of your groceries.

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

200% saved from waste: top products directly sourced from producers and manufacturers that do not respect arbitrary (absurd) retail standards, such as size, shape, perfect colors, typo mistaken labels, overproduction, etc…

100% top quality: all the products fit our rigorous quality policy (taste, freshness, no harmful or controversial ingredients, ethical sourcing, no heated greenhouses for fruits and vegetables, etc.), including organic and locally sourced fruits and vegetables,

100% flexibility: weekly deliveries with a super easy skip option when needed. Stop when you want.

We have already rescued more than 3000 tons of products, thanks to 30,000 satisfied customers. And we are just getting started! Our goal is to save thousands more tons of goods all across Europe.

As a fast-growing startup (18 millions raised in four years), we are focused on our mission and need an exceptional team to make it happen. We currently work in France and Spain, but are expanding soon throughout Europe. We already have gathered a team of 100+ passionate individuals (hello to the Benies!) and are actively looking for more talents to support our growth.

Join us to live an exciting journey, where teamwork thrives, career paths evolve, and ecological impacts are made.

    OUR PILLARS

Save what's good: we are fighting waste, for the benefit of producers, consumers, and the planet.

Save tons: our ambition is grand – to become the top choice for Europeans seeking quality products at affordable prices.

Better every day: we are constantly questioning and improving our ideas and ways of doing things.

Value time: we are optimizing our most precious resource - our time - to have maximum impact.

Feel safe: together, we're fostering a supportive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and nurture their personal growth.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

The Community Manager will be responsible for our social media & CRM communication, offering well-thought, fun & impactful content to our customers and followers. He/She will work with the local Marketing Manager and the Central team (in France) to launch and grow the customer base in Spain!

    Responsibilities: what you’ll be doing

Creating great content, particularly around the very good products we save each week at Bene Bono (newsletters, mini-features on our farmers, articles, videos)

Managing the Bene Bono community on all of our channels (particularly Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin), interacting with our customers and partnering with influencers and other committed brands

Depending on your preferences and skills, you may also: organize Bene Bono events, contribute to our CRM campaigns or Facebook paid campaigns 🤘🏼

    REQUIRED PROFILE

You know if the role is a perfect fit for you if you meet these requirements:

You are native in Spanish and a good English Speaker!

The desire to use your good mood and skills to make a big impact on the world of tomorrow (saving tons of great products is in our DNA 🧬)

Solid marketing experience around content creation and/or community management, with a good sense of humor and, if possible, basic photo and video skills (Spielberg-level not mandatory 🎬)

Good mastery of creation tools (Adobe suite, Canva, etc.)

Very dynamic, with a good writing style, great spelling and a very curious mind (we often meet our producers and customers and we love it)

At Bene Bono, diversity is essential. We welcome individuals with unique backgrounds, rich stories, and multiple life experiences. Feel free to apply—your story matters to us, and we are excited to learn from you!

You know Bene Bono is for you if...

You want to join a company making a positive environmental impact while supporting organic producers, committed manufacturers, and consumers on a large scale.

You are eager to contribute to a fast-growing start-up aimed at achieving its European ambitions (France, Spain, and soon, all of Europe).

You are not afraid to get your hands dirty if needed and aspire to grow within a well-funded company, backed by serious European investors (€18M raised from Stride.VC in the UK, Project A in Germany, and Kima in France, and more recently Axa VP Venture and 2050).

You prioritize being part of a company that values diversity and allows you the freedom to make a meaningful impact across the entire organization.
