L’ambition de Beem Energy est d’être LA plateforme intégrée de gestion d’énergie pour les particuliers. Pour cela, on créé un écosystème de produits hardware & software dont l’UX est inégalée.
Aujourd’hui nous construisons une app virale de gestion de l’énergie qui sera clairement la colonne vertébrale de tout cet écosystème. Pour cela, on recrute actuellement notre Product Lead !

Les missions :

  • Run a high-velocity, user-driven process with regular releases.
  • Gather requirements from marketing, business development, and hardware teams on an ongoing basis.
  • Gather needs & desires from users on an ongoing basis.
  • Run a regular, transparent prioritization process to create clear roadmaps for the design & development teams.
  • Work with the design teams to create testable prototypes, then run regular user tests to refine designs before they are ready for implementation.
  • Enable the marketing team to work effectively (A/b test platforms, email marketing automation, analytics, CMS, CRM) and work with the development team to implement them within the context of the prioritization process.
  • Work with the development team to write user stories and prioritize sprints using Agile methodology.
  • Run acceptance testing and QA on all releases.
  • Manage bug reports and triage.
  • Facilitate an efficient release process that communicates to all stakeholders (users, internal teams) in advance, during, and post-release.
  • Create a metrics-driven culture that keeps everyone focused on a high conversion rate and NPS.
  • Gather and publish weekly metrics for our two software products.
  • Run regular analyses to find the drivers of our two priority metrics (key submetrics), and use that insight in our prioritization process.
  • Identify and recruit design & development resources necessary for the above.
  • Roadmap 6<12 months: recruit & manage a successfull team

Preferred experience

  • Experience as a product manager for a world-class hardware & software product company.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end development of products that have generated outstanding product market fit.
  • Management of a design process & team.
  • Quantitative analysis.
  • Basic coding skills for web & mobile.
