The position

Job description

Within the Administrative and Financial Department, you will support our CFO.
You will be responsible for the following main tasks (non-exhaustive list), which will be offered to you

Review and validate the NDAs
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments made by group companies
Negotiate standard commercial contracts, from GTCs to standard MSAs
Manage PI schedules and procedures
Centralize and manage all corporate documentation for the Group companies and interact with our local lawyers and paralegal to ensure full documentation, compliance and consistency accross the Group
Participate to the financial and corporate development (documentation, dataroom, negotiation)
Manage the RGPD administration
Interface with our lawyers
Assist the CFO in the review and drafting of pre-contracts (confidentiality agreements, simple amendments, administrative letters…)
Complete legal formalities
Set up and follow up internal communication actions


Preferred experience

3 years of higher education (ideally a law degree)
At least 2-3 years experience (excluding internships) in a legal structure (law firm or company)
You are organised, rigorous and versatile
You are bilingual in English (used daily in writing and speaking)
