Since 12 months, Baracoda has initiated a project of unification of all entities (startups, hardware and software expertise) in a single group entity with a commercial offer that is simplified in 3 pillars:
At the same time, this requires the creation of a Sales team at Group level in order to respond to this “global” desire and to Business Worldwide requests (USA, Asia, Europe).
This team will work on three verticals:
As part of the creation of this Sales team, Baracoda is looking for its future Industry Leader (M/F) for its Health Tech vertical.
To date, business development is mainly linked to organic sales at the Comex level, led by the founders and in particular the CEO.
The person recruited will be responsible for :
At least 5 to 8 years of experience
Profile that can come from the consulting world with a specialization on a vertical or that has already had commercial experience in an innovative structure
Knowledge of software and/or services sales cycle models; even if the pre-sales team is present in support, the profile must have a good technical understanding.
Mindset: entrepreneurial philosophy and spirit to be comfortable in the Baracoda context - ideally a profile that has already had experience as an entrepreneur and with the ability to build an offering from scratch
Ability to be hands-on from the beginning of the venture.
