Flaminem is an innovative start-up, publisher of KYC (Know Your Customer) software for the banking/finance sectors, and a leader in innovation on the subject of compliance in general and KYC in particular.
Flaminem provides solutions to banks, asset management companies and insurance companies, enabling them to comply with current legislation on the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing.

Within the R&D team of 10 people and as part of the expansion of the technical team, we are looking for a DevOps / SysOps to join the Operational team in charge of our KYC application in SAAS mode.

In a DevOps approach, the person will have as main mission :

• The CI/CD part (gitlab-ci, ansible) and as secondary mission to be the backup of our SysOps (Kubernetes, Ubuntu)

• Helping the development team to maintain and improve CI/CD procedures in gitlab. Optimization of builds and administration of gitlab and runners

• Development and maintenance of Ansible roles and procedures for deployments (Infrastructure as Code) in kubernetes environment.

• Monitoring of production platforms (using grafana and prometheus tools)

• Continuous improvement of alerting and monitoring tools and procedures

• Continuous improvement of log collection and analysis tools (elastic search, fluent, kibana)

You will also be responsible for the development of a team of experts in the field of :

• Kubernetes
• Knowledge of the ElasticSearch-Fluent-Kibana stack
• Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana
• System and network

Required skills

• You have a minimum of 3 years experience as a devOps, ideally in a software company
• Solid skills Mastery of GitLab-CI, Mastery of Ansible, linux
• You are rigorous and methodical
• Technological watch and proposals for improvement
• You are fluent in English (conversational, professional)
