About the team:

Keen to become part of a collaborative Legal team which aims at supporting Back Market growth all over the word ? You are in the right place. You will join a team of 4 people, and will refer directly to one of the senior legal counsels.

start: January 2022, 6 months contract with Convention du Stage

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅

  • Perform legal research and ensure legal monitoring
  • Participating in the drafting and negotiation of contracts / contractual clauses with Services Providers
  • Participating in the implementation of GDPR
  • Contribute to set-up of reliable and up-to-date legal process documentation
  • Ensuring the follow-up of pre-litigation / litigation
  • Advise all teams of Back market on various subjects (consumption law, distribution law, IP law, competition law, digital law etc)
  • Contribute to the management of global tax affairs of Back Market with a focus on transfer pricing, VAT and compliance

    • YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You are an “EFB” student and / or have a DJCE / Master I or Master II in law, ideally in digital law, distribution / consumption or economic / competition
  • You are comfortable working in English
  • You already have prior internship experience in related area
  • You are endowed with excellent communication skills and a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • You are very pragmatic and business oriented
  • You are motived, proactive and able to move projects forward.
