Back Market is looking for an IT manager who will be actively contributing to the strategy and growth of our IT organization!

In this role, your main mission will be to create a structure for success and help us meet IT needs within a rapid growth environment on the tech and business side.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Help the team grow by providing support using your expertise
  • Ensure the well functioning of the team as well as helping them reach their goals
  • Responsible for the budget of the IT Team
  • Make the life of Backmakers easier by providing the best support to all the teams at Back Market
  • Create the roadmap, help with prioritization and lead the team to success using your technical expertise 
  • Assist and monitor, with your experience and abilities, with follow-up of projects linked to our expansion and new offices
  • Creating a calm, inclusive, and considerate working environment to allow your team to scale efficiently as well as developing their technical ability
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure and Integration Manager

  • You have significant experience in IT management

  • You are flexible and creative in problem solving
  • Team spirit for the win!
  • Big plus in you have any knowledge on the following softwares: Okta, Google workspace, Workspace one (MDM), Slack, Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
