Part of the Marketing department, the Catalog is strategic to efficiently promote our products in our acquisition channels to reach a maximum of users. Additionnaly, the Catalog is accountable for providing thorough product information to best assist the user understanding our offer. Finally, the Catalog sets the standards of the product ingestion.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Our mission is to provide our users with the most thorough and complete product information to educate and ease the navigation, comparison, and understanding of the products. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of the central information, enlightening users in their purchase behaviors, guiding Merchants in optimizing the sales, and providing key stakeholders with materials to develop strategic features. 
  • Seeking automation, we need to pursue innovation with human intelligence inputs, external or internal, to measure and improve the quality of the catalog. 
  • You will be in charge of managing operations of our Sales and Buyback Catalog globally (EU/US/APAC), meaning:
  • - Autonomously plan, prioritize, and execute Global Catalog operations

    - Manage side worker resources to maintain our quality standards on our 10 core categories

    - Leverage the Product Team, and the Merch & Catalog Team to develop automation tasks to maintain and improve quality standards at scale

    - Scope and execute audit activities to initiate Categorie standardization

    - Ensure Catalog Quality programs effectively scale to meet the needs of the rapidly growing business, including identifying new ways to improve product catalog worldwide

    - Responsible for operations processes standardization for maximum efficiency

    - Ability to produce executive metrics and make recommendations for process and systems improvement

    - Prepare detailed operational reports and metrics to guide and manage Side worker operational efficiency

  • As the company is always evolving and scaling up, these responsibilities are also bound to change according to the upcoming objectives and challenges.
  • YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You have 4+ years experience, ideally in a scale up company and icing on the cake: you worked on catalog topics
  • You are organized, structured, and have a lot of drive with a proactive and resourceful attitude
  • Data & KPIs are your cup of tea :  You are confident with SQL, Excel & GoogleSheet
  • You thrive in a tech environnement but you have a growth hacking and business oriented mindset with
  • You might not be an expert, but you are drawn to coding and have an understanding of at least one language (Python preferred)
  • You show enthusiasm for electronic devices and the tech industry
  • Working for a company who takes environmental challenges seriously is important to you
  • You can communicate in a professional English as you'll work with colleagues from all over the world
