Working within the Global Customer Care team, you’ll have a key role in bringing data, facts and insights to our decision-making process

The team is made of 7 people sharing the same passion for scale-ups, gathering various skills from Data, Ops, and Tools. The Data Analyst and Data Analyst Intern support the Care department in any kind of data-driven projects. You will participate in the growth and success of BackMarket by ensuring the performance of Customer Service through accurate monitoring and implementation of improvement actions.

As a member of this team, expect to be exposed to various Cost and Performance topics related to the 16 countries BackMarket operates in (data transformation, reporting, analysis, etc)

Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🥇

  • Monitor and control the operational and financial performance of Customer Care Operations (customer satisfaction, agent quality, time to solve a claim, speedness and service levels, cost per order/contact, etc.) ;
  • Build ad hoc analysis and tools for the teams to help them take strategic decisions and be more efficient in their daily work ;
  • Participate in the launch of new Customer Care projects by providing the necessary data for the launch ;
  • Understand how to improve the customer experience through data to actively participate in the Customer Care project roadmap ;
  • Actively participate in the weekly review of the department's performance.

  • You're studying a program related to Business and Data

  • You have a solid foundation in data analysis: Excel, SQL, Tableau (or other dataviz software) have no secrets for you. If you have knowledge of Python, even better!
  • You know how to be autonomous and you know how to adapt to many stakeholders with various different jobs
  • You like to do concrete things and get your hands dirty
  • You are a fantastic team player, who is great to work with
  • English is a no brainer for you
  • About the internship:

    - Starting date is in January or February, 2023

    - Duration : 6 months (until end of June / July 2023)

    - Full-time internship

    - Location : Paris, France
