Axway has an internal team - Axway University – whose role is to enable Axway’s partners, customers, and employees on their culture, products, and solutions. Axway University relies on an internal network of 30 subject matter experts who provide content, 20 validated trainers, and numerous Griffins that lend their voices to produce some of the on-demand eLearning courses. Thanks to their commitment and great work, Axway University proposes a very complete portfolio. They are always listening to the global Axway ecosystem’s need to keep being up-to-date and anticipate.

Team rituals and events
At Axway we have at heart to connect people in person and virtually. We propose regular rendezvous through the year for Griffins to gather and discover our diversity such as: regular chats with the Executive team; the Griffin Coffee Chat, in which Griffins meet other Griffins, and exchange ideas, hobbies and many other topics of interest.
Additionally, we recognize the loyalty of our Griffins through the Length of Service Program, and celebrate, virtually or in person, their work anniversaries.
Otherwise, Axway office life is punctuated by various other events and rituals. For example, there are sport classes, such as yoga, Pilates, joint running practices, and after work friendly matches on volleyball, golf, and soccer. Our Griffins also initiate and engage in different charity initiatives around the world. We also organize Axway Got Talent and Holiday Season celebrations around the world, embracing the richness of our diversity, sharing traditions from around the world. Just come and see by yourself. 😊
