We are on the verge of finding someone who can identify, integrate and deliver effective HR services like talent management and development, organizational design and effectiveness, change management, strategic consultation and coaching, employee engagement strategies and recruitment in compliance with local legislation.

He/she will lead the HR Team in Germany and will collaborate with fellow global HR colleagues around the world sharing best business practices. The HR Manager will represent the German entity in all employee related matters including the Work Council presidency.

Your Responsabilities :

  • Understand the key business goals and priorities to deduct and execute the best HR initiatives and support for the region
  • Serve as trusted advisor to local and global executives, managers, and team leads on a variety of HR activities for the scope
  • Lead HR projects for the region in line with the company culture and direction
  • Partner with global people teams across hiring, L&D, C&B and People Operations to ensure consistent communication and best practice.
  • Developing partnership with managers and improving their capability by providing coaching support
  • Acting as a change agent
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Drive organizational change and transformation
  • First point of contact for the works council

Preferred experience

  • Strong HR Management experience in Germany, including labor relations.
  • HR Management experience in other European countries is a plus
  • A significant experience with the German Workers Council.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Ability to inspire Initiative and Innovation
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Achievement focus and persistence when required
  • Excellent Leadership & Management skills
  • Fully proficiency in German and English;
  • A significant experience in an IT company or a similar dynamic environment.
     

The position is based in Berlin & involves travel requirements within Europe.
