Given our European development and our organic growth, we are looking for a F&A Analyst. Your main tasks will be:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis :
Prepare financial and projections, coordinate annual budget process, and prepare other strategy documents where necessary.
Develop reports to proactively monitor financial results and cash flows of the company to support the management team in making timely and effective decisions.
2. Finance :
Manage and support the overall finance operations of the company
Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for funds and fund management company.
Responsible for all fund related accounting and finance, including capital call planning, capital account statements, calculations of subsequent closings, IRRs, management fees, carried interest etc.
Process invoices and transactions related to funds and the fund management company.
Coordinate with the auditors, lawyers, external accountants for annual audits, annual tax filing process, general assembly, etc
3. Administrative & HR Operations
Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Manage suppliers and purchase orders
Take on ad-hoc task when necessary
0-3 year experience in the same position or a accounting firm
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Fully autonomous and able to manage complex projects from A to Z
Efficient, at your ease with productivity tools
Analytic & detail oriented mindset
Good communication skills
A Master 2 degree or equivalent in Accounting & Finance (Business School / University)
