What we offer

The Domain Risks team is looking for a legal intern who is ready to provide first-in-class cross-functional legal advice and support. As a legal intern, you will be fully integrated in the Domain Risks of AXA Climate.

You will support the team members of Domain Risks (procurement and commercial contracts) in achieving their goals and intervene on a wide range of legal and regulatory topics to help them navigate in a safe legal environment including: 

  1. Providers/Clients contracts: participate in the drafting/reviewing various non-complex agreements with consultants, non-disclosure agreements, data providers, clients (services agreements); supporting business teams in answering legal questions. 

  2. Transversal projects: facilitating legal work across all functions, including improvement and scaling of internal policies, processes, trainings and raising legal awareness of the business teams;

Profile

Education/Qualifications

·   Master’s Degree (Bac+5) in Business Law or Business School with Law major

·   English-French fluency

 Skills/Mindset

·   Excellent written (including contract drafting) and oral communications skills

·   Curious, enthusiastic, with “can-do” attitude and proven interest in innovation

·   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player

·   Ability to deal with a diverse and multi-cultural group of people in different jurisdictions

·   Agility, efficiency, autonomy, adaptation to a transformative environnement

·   Interest for climate change and ESG topics is a plus


Recruitment process
