The position

Job description

As Growth Marketing manager for the Climate School, your goal will be to create a marketing lead generation strategy, and to execute this strategy to generate a steady flow of highly qualified leads for our sales team. In doing so, you will be using all the relevant channels and tools to reach your objective

To support this high ambition, the Growth Marketing manager will operate a defined growth marketing budget and will need to leverage the skills of external agencies + inhouse talent

Main areas of responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Paid Channels (LinkedIn, Search Ads, Facebook, Display, …)
  • SEO
  • Email marketing & marketing automation
  • Partnerships
  • Website development & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Database management & enrichment (SalesForce)
  • Lead scoring
  • Alignment between Sales & Marketing initiatives and KPIs

This role will work hand-in-hand with the Brand Marketing manager, the SalesOps Manager and the whole Sales & Account management team to build and operate a virtuous feedback loop between sales & marketing.


Preferred experience

• Experience: you arealdy have 5+ years experience in a similar role at a high growth (ideally B2B) company
• Track-record managing various acquisition channels at scale in a B2B environment
• Experience in marketing automation strategies and tools (B2B)
• Natural problem solver, high level of critical thinking
• Very analytical, data-driven DNA
• Great communicator (clarity, energy)
• Highly collaborative
• Positive mindset, faces setbacks and challenges with enthusiasm
• Able to be both a Doer for today and a Builder for tomorrow
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
