The position

Job description

We are looking for a senior Technical Project Manager based in Paris, reporting to the Head of Implementation. You’ll also interact with all members of the Service Delivery flow such as Sales engineers, Education & Enablement, Marketing, Product, Customer care.

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will:

  • Contribute to the extension of the Technical Project Management team
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Own the deliverables from receiving the signed off requirements to testing and release
  • Manage risks and responding quickly to issues as and when they arise
  • Be responsible for the quality of each development piece ensuring all quality control checks have been undertaken at the right stages of the delivery cycle
  • Designs and builds tools to automate tasks and processes, both internally and client-facing
  • Acts as mentor and knowledge buddy for extended team, working closely with other team members to share and enhance knowledge, and support as needed

Preferred experience

EXPECTED COMPETENCIES

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Delivery Manager / Product Manager
  • Able to work effectively with our b2b clients to deliver a first in class service
  • Has worked on software implementations/integrations
  • Experience with data-interchange formats such as JSON/XML, Postman (or equivalent HTTP client), and RESTful APIs
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Proficient in English & French (written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities
  • Experience with building and launching projects from scratch
  • Startup/Scale-up company experience
  • Experience in Web3 is a plus
