Reporting directly to the CPO, you’ll support your fellow squad members (Tech, Designer, QA) by driving the ideation, framing and documentation of new killing features and products, driven by datas, business constraints, and industry opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define and lead the roadmap for your team to achieve your mission and the company strategy
• Focus on discovery to frame the problem and test multiple solutions before delivery
• Prioritize developments by assessing their impacts and efforts required
• Listen to users and leverage market insights to identify problems and opportunities
• Benchmark market competitors
• Review/Contribute business requirements into specifications translation and user stories into deliverables
• Work closely with Designer to create top notch and outstanding UX/UI
• Work closely with Program Manager and Lead tech to build a delivery plan with achievable and timeboxed objectives
• Track the success of your features and iterate
• Share strategy, roadmap, and product evolution to the company
• Work with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to make sure that clients understand our product and new features

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a PM on Saas products (mobile and web)
• Experience with working in Tribe/Squad/Agile
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Strong interest in the Web3 industry, blockchain paradigm and decentralization
• Comfortable working in a high deal-volume, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, French and English; ability to clearly articulate and express complex ideas to a wide variety of people and groups
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross functional teams and other stakeholders
• Take initiative, work independently and troubleshoot in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
