Reportingdirectly to the CPO, working closely with the CTO, you’ll will build and lead the brand new Data team of Arianee, in the Web3 era.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Bring your expertise and vision to create a new way to collect and store data, in a Web3 ecosystem
• Handle both regulation and industry constraints: Decentralization, DeFi, GDPR, NFT life cycle
• Define and evangelize for the best tools to expose and manipulate datas
• Strong understanding of technical and product deliverables for Web3 (Blockchain, Smart contract, NFTS,…)
• Implement events tracking, build foundational analyses & dashboards to ease and fasten the decision-making
• Maintain business, operations and product dashboards in line with best practices of the organization
• Manage, attract, hire a team of data engineers and analysts
• Lead your team to partner with engineering, product, design and other organizations to frame problems and power best in class dashboards

• Minimum 3 years of experience on Saas products (mobile and web)
• Strong interest in the Web3 industry, blockchain paradigm and decentralization
• Data-driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving
• Being comfortable with JS, NodeJS, SQL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, French and English; ability to clearly articulate and express complex ideas to a wide variety of people and groups
• Experience managing broad stakeholder groups to achieve strategic objectives
• Take initiative, work independently and troubleshoot in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, with a positive and solutions-based attitude
• Be able to work on multiple concurrent projects at any given time
