The Project Manager mission is to support Brands & internal teams in their projects’ delivery. This mission requires building direct relationships with customers and delivering top-notch project management.

The Project Manager mission may go further as he is at the heart of the Arianee organization. He/she will be involved in end consumer support, supporting Sales & Marketing efforts (eg documentation) or Operations’ efforts (eg stack and process improvement).

Arianee is remote. You can work from anywhere. That does not mean you are alone; the team is always on Slack, Discord or https://spkz.io/ to debate or support the other members of the team. HQ is based in Paris where we have an office at La Caserne (75010) and where you can work or meet co-workers.

On a regular basis we catch up physically in one place for a couple of days. It is a time to meet, share, laugh and work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Onboarding & Project Management with Brands
● Customer support for end consumers
● Operations’ support: improve, automate, document processes
● Product’s support: propose, test, document product evolutions (with Tech team)

EXPECTED COMPETENCIES

● EN/FR fluent
● Previous internship in project management or customer success for a company or a consulting firm
● You are a great listener, what matters the most to you is finding solutions to problems your customers have and told you about
● You love building methodical and robust approaches from scratch
● You have that rare ability to conceptualize and summarize ideas on paper and slides
● You enjoy debating and writing in English because you are good at it
● You are resourceful and flexible, technologies and sectors you never dealt with are opportunities and not constraints
● Knowledge of the Blockchain industry is a big plus
