Job description

We are looking for a passionate Growth Marketing Manager to join our second-stage rocket ship! 🚀

You'll be joining AppTweak at a super exciting time! As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in revenue growth by creating high-quality content and developing multi-channel demand generation programs. We're looking at you to set up a marketing automation strategy and help us be more efficient with attracting, engaging, and nurturing inbound leads. 

You’ll report to Alexandra, our Head of Marketing, based in San Francisco.

Your responsibilities:

  • Inspire, lead, and manage a team made of 3 content marketers to grow and perform in their roles.
  • Own the demand generation strategy by implementing and executing end-to-end programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated inbound revenue.
  • Set up a lead nurturing strategy from scratch by using Hubspot.
  • Manage multi-channel media budget and external agencies handling cross channels campaigns.
  • Scale paid acquisition strategies to build a pipeline and reach our strong growth targets.
  • Supervise content creation such as blogs, whitepapers, and videos to support inbound lead generation initiatives.
  • Actively participate in cross-department collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure process alignment, smooth communication, and to understand how the Demand Generation activity converts customers. 

  • Preferred experience

    Your profile:
    Must-have

    • You are fluent in English;
    • Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or any relevant field;
    • 3+ years experience inbound marketing or demand generation;
    • Mastery in marketing automation (Hubspot or equivalent);
    • Outstanding leadership capabilities, including the ability to successfully motivate and challenge a team;
    • Former experience in a SaaS company or in a hyper-growth environment;
    • Strong entrepreneurial mindset; you're hands-on and autonomous. You find creative solutions to problems in a fast-moving environment;
    • Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail;
    • Brilliant communication skills (written & verbal) both with external partners and within an organization;

    Nice-to-have

    • Experience in the mobile industry;
