We are looking for a strong analytical mindset and business-oriented Junior ASO expert to help support and grow the visibility and downloads of major mobile apps and games with App Store Optimization strategies and more. As such you will be expected to:

Must-have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an applicable field. 
• Analytical mindset: proficiency with Excel and proven track record for working with complex data, presenting them in an understandable way and translating them into meaningful decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills: you are able to build meaningful and trustworthy relationships with clients through transparent communication and the ability to defend results.
• Team player and over-communicator: proven track record of proactively sharing and asking for feedback, and are looking to add to the culture and skills of a growing team.
• Highly organized: you understand the importance and challenges of timely project deliveries and perform well under pressure.
• Curious and creative: you are familiar with core mobile marketing terminology and want to expand your knowledge in mobile app growth.
• Rigorous and methodical: you know how to take steps to solve problems when dealing with new situations.

Nice-to-have:

• Previous experience in a related field (ASO, mobile app User Acquisition or SEO). 
• You love food!
