What can you expect :

In your role as People Development, Program Manager you will play a key role in shaping and deploying our global People Development and Learning strategy and offering. You will be in charge of a learning & development portfolio and will work closely with the rest of the People Team to design, develop and execute the most innovative and impactful programs and initiatives.

Your main missions will be :

  • Structure strategic learning programs and initiatives from scratch in alignment with our global People philosophy and vision,
  • Ensure the learning & development portfolio you are in charge of is fit for purpose, impactful and is making our teams and our overall organization future ready,
  • Design the best learning and development experience for our teams through relevant, top-notch, innovative principles, processes, initiatives and tools,
  • Onboard, federate and coordinate all the relevant internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and deliver programs and initiatives as required,
  • Implement engaging communications plans to raise internal awareness and ensure a high level of attendance and participation,
  • Facilitate trainings and workshops as required,
  • Leverage a strong, diverse and best in class network of external providers,
  • Always look for innovations, inspirations, research and datas to constantly test, imagine new ways, open new territories and provide the best Development and Learning experience,
  • Adopt a data and KPI driven approach for all your projects to not only feed your analysis upfront but also to monitor impact overtime, and build improvement recommendations accordingly,
  • Be the best internal and external ambassador and spokesperson for the Learning & Development portfolio you are in charge of.

What do you bring to the table?

  • You have a solid experience in People Development and Learning, ideally in a fast-scaling company and you are recognized for your amazing project management skills,
  • You are truly passionate about people development: you read books, listen to podcasts and attend events on the topic,
  • You have strong communications and interpersonal skills, as well as an analytical approach,
  • You bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm in everything you do,
  • You are known for your positive attitude and you take on a collaborative, practical and human-centric approach,
  • You love exploring new topics or ideas and are eager to find opportunities to put them into practice,
  • You have a strong appetite for creating things from scratch and are ready to make your mark,
  • You thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment but always think about what you are building long-term,
  • You think that simple is better than smart, and 'done' is better than 'perfect',
  • You are fluent in English.
