Ankorstore was founded in 2019 to build a platform that enables independent shops and brands to connect and thrive. As a result, we became a wholesale marketplace that provides the tools these entrepreneurs need to compete against e-commerce giants.

We work with a network of independent retailers all across Europe, including concept stores, design shops, boutiques, fine food stores and other retailers. Brands retain complete control over which retailers they choose and who they sell to.

We support businesses and local economies, not corporations, employing communities of creative people who value craftsmanship over mass production and mass-market deals.

Only two years after our successful launch, we gathered 300,000 retailers and 30,000 brands across Europe and reached unicorn status with a valuation of €1.75 billion.

In less than three years, we grew to a company of 600+ employees of 45+ nationalities and six offices across five countries (France, the UK, Spain, Italy, and Germany).

About your role

With nearly 100 employees, the Customer Experience (CX) department’s mission is to improve the experience of our independent retailers and brands. The strong and rapid growth of the company comes along with many transformational challenges for our team.

Within the CX Strategy team, you will:

• Communicate operating performance clearly and effectively within internal teams to help managers anticipate and solve potential issues
• Build scalable performance dashboards and frameworks and organize their use through the department to create a seamless performance monitoring process and to increase productivity
• Provide high-level data insights to initiate or support strategic programs
• Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities to improve our customers' experience on the platform
• Handle ad-hoc data needs and analyses via resolving data requests

About you

• Engineering School or Business School (Bac +5 or equivalent)
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship starting in February 2023
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
• You are analytical, curious, and proactive (first experience in an analytical role is a +)
• You are able to work closely with operational teams
• You enjoy and are used to working in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment
• You are fluent in English
