Descriptif du poste

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative, who will join our crazy growing team and will help us connect Marketing & Sales in his major role to support our growth by generating a maximum of meetings for the Sales team (Inbound/Outbound). Like HERCULES, the SDR will have 7 duties and qualities:

• Be clever, identify every contact that could lead to new clients or new partnerships.
• Be resilient, use every mean necessary in order to create a contact with identified prospects.
• Be organized, manage with Marketing the « outbound » marketing campaigns (emails, calls, social media).
• Be brilliant, understand our prospects’ structure to identity pain points on which our platform can bring value.
• Be efficient, create qualified meetings for our Sales Team.
• Be creative, develop & use our Data Base and CRM.
• Be persuasive, a NO is not a rejection.

Profil recherché

• You are curious and passionate. Active listener and a market-oriented allows you to be a strong and persuasive contact.
• You like SaaS software environment and HR problematics. You are convinced that Andjaro’s platform will transform workforce management in the long run.
• You are a dynamic person, easy to talk with. You are fluent in French & English.
• You are a team player. Working with Marketing and Sales teams are necessary.
• You are result oriented and a real challenger.
