    About the position
    We are looking for a Data Analyst intern to join and help the Product team to improve the use and communication of key product and business metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

    You’ll work closely with the Product, Ops and Customer Success teams, and help them access the KPIs they need to manage their activity. More specifically, in collaboration with our product managers and customer partners team your will:

    • Help us build and execute our data roadmap: select and test our data visualization tool, identify key product usage and business success metrics
    • Design and build reports and dashboards for the product team to help them monitor feature usage and identify product opportunities
    • Design and build reports and dashboards for the customer partners team to help them monitor customer launch and report business and performance metrics internally and externally
    • Work on ad hoc queries and analysis to understand key trends and proactively identify product or configuration changes
    • Help our product team to identify and automate recurring customer reports

    Profil recherché

    About the candidate

    • Last year of engineering / business school with ideally a data / tech specialization
    • Analytical and rational good knowledge
    • SQL skills
    • Experience / knowledge in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight…)
    • Knowing Google Analytics is a plus
    • You like to work on business and technical problems
    • Autonomous and hands-on
    • Fluent in English and French
