About the job

Since Alma's creation in 2018, our growth has been exceptional with hundreds of new merchants adopting our solutions every month. We currently collaborate with 16,300+ merchants across 10 European countries, and the acquisition of new Enterprise accounts is a strategic focus for us. As a Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contribute directly to Alma's sales success.

About the mission

As a Enterprise Account Executive, your main responsibilities include:

  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Create and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives through outbound and inbound leads coming your pipgen, from the Growth team, Referrals, Partnerships (Adyen, Stripe, HiPay…), and your own network
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting, leads qualification to negotiation and contract signature
  • Representing Alma at trade shows and conferences in France and Europe
  • Contributing to the optimization of internal processes to support Alma's scalability

About you

You will be an ideal candidate for the role if you possess:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experiences in a similar function and selling B2B solutions on Enterprise segment
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably within the fintech sector
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with C-Level buyer personas.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Language: fluency in French and English are mandatory as you will be working with local and international clients
