The Revenue Operations team works as a global strategic task force across various organizations within Algolia- including Revenue, Marketing, and Product- with the goal of impacting revenue.
Revenue enablement is the iterative process of providing the revenue team with the resources they need to close more deals. These resources may include content, tools, knowledge, and information to effectively sell our product to customers.
At Algolia, we do this by leveraging five main pillars: employee development; content management/creation; tools and processes; internal comms; and alignment with the overall company strategy.
