The position

Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist, 2 year apprentice contract, based in Paris, with a passion for demand generation marketing, and combining creative and organisational skills. If you’re interested in joining a global marketing team and contributing to our high growth, this could be the role for you. Reporting to the Director of Field & Partner Marketing, you will collaborate with diverse teams: Field and Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Production, Design, and Marketing Ops.

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

Supporting the field/partner marketing managers on the execution of event & programs

  • Develop creative collaterals with our Brand Design team such as: swags, handouts..
  • Support regional Field/Partner Marketing Managers with events logistics, like event briefs, orders, material shipments, on-site staff
  • Manage Events & Webinars page on our website - publish upcoming events & maintain ‘featured events’
  • Support in-person events planning & execution

Collaborating on all the campaigns

  • End to end Campaign set up (Marketo, SFDC)
  • Maintain and track UTMs for all campaigns
  • Consolidate some performance reports
  • Follow up on lead delivery and lead import: lead import, control and reporting

  • Bac+3/License - Master in Marketing
  • Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-200M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure)
