As part of our Design team, you'll be immersed in the product design of the Akur8 solution, working alongside our Product, Data Science & Development teams.

Participating in all stages of the design and production of clear and coherent user interfaces, and working within the Design team (1 Head + 3 Designers) in collaboration with our Product Owners to enhance our B2B SaaS platform, this will include:

  • Analyze user interface problems and design solutions that meet business goals and requirements
  • Create User Persona, usage scenarios and proposals for interaction concepts (information architecture, tree structures, lo-fi prototyping, wireframes, hi-fi prototypes, etc.)
  • Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
  • Monitoring user feedback and performing interface adaptations
  • Conduct usability testing or other user research tests
  • Animation of workshops (brainstorming, design sprints etc.)
  • Prepare the graphic elements that compose the interface, ensure the design hand-off for deployment by the development team.
  • Contribute to our growing design system

Requirements

In order to be considered for this position within our Design team, you will be required to meet all of the following criteria:

  • You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in a UX/UI or Design related subject (Cognitive Science, Psychology, etc)
  • You're a Product Designer or UX Designer and have at least 3 years professional experience with complex technical B2B projects

Also, as a Designer:

  • You know how to grasp usage and users problems in complex environments and contexts
  • You have worked cross-functionally (with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers etc) to achieve desired results
  • You have skills in user interface design and you've already operated and managed a design system
  • You're proficient in prototyping software, at the very least with Figma
  • You have fluent written and spoken English
