Reporting to the Chief People Officer and partnering with Aircall Leaders you will lead a global team of 5 people based in France, Spain, India and the United States.

You will join a People team composed of 40+ people working on different expertises fields (Comp & Ben, HR operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR BP).

As a VP HR Business Partner, your mission is to drive the HR development & strategy implementation globally and partner with the Business to identify & achieve strategic business goals, focused on employees’ engagement.

You will lead the main HR topics globally and deliver talent, career & performance management, workforce planning with support from HR experts and HR operations.

You will also be accountable for delivering the proper level of compliance and will lead the work council (CSE in France).

Your main activities :

Improving, building, implementing

- Act with a strong level of leadership within your team & with Aircall Leaders

- Lead HR projects and contribute actively to their design, delivery and change management

- Own the implementation of a prosper HR strategy, programs and processes respecting legal requirements and business priorities

- Lead day-to-day decisions for your business groups and team operations

- Propose and lead organization design and implementation

Leading, communicating and advising

- Be a trusted advisor to the company leaders at a global levelCoach leaders, managers and employees to guarantee Aircall employee experience and business achievements

- Act as a mentor and be accountable for ongoing performance improvement of direct reports

- Partner with Leadership Team in managing the people aspect of your business groupsLead HR communications for your areas

- Share and communicate relevant KPI and recommendations

- Promote the organizations' values

Guaranteeing compliance

- Manage and lead local working regulations guaranteeing the right level of compliance

- Monitor health and mental health

- Deal with employee grievances and disputes

- Inform & educate managers & leaders on local requirement

Managing

Manage a team of 5 talented HR BPs based in France, Spain, India and the United States.
