Job description

We are looking for a talented Customer Onboarding Specialist to manage our VIP accounts on the German market.

What you will do :

  • Manage the onboarding process for a portfolio of new German customers simultaneously
  • Oversee the implementation of Aircall to ensure the best customer experience with the product in the long run : account configuration, product training, technical requirements…
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by customers during the implementation process and provide solutions
  • Create and improve processes and systems for scaling the implementation and training of new customers

Your responsibilities:

  • Be an expert of Aircall to make sure our clients are satisfied
  • Ensure a good relationship to make our Customers happy
  • Work closely with the Care, Sales, Product Teams to share the clients’ feedback : you will be the voice of our Customers

Preferred experience

What we are looking for :

  • 1+ year experience in this position
  • German native or at least C1 TOEIC level
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
  • Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech curiosity is a bonus as we onboard customer on a SaaS solution
