We’re looking for a Community Manager intern to join our Paris marketing team for a 6 months end of studies internship.

You will be responsible for managing and handling communications on social media for EMEA and NA.
As the voice of Aircall brand you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking posts as well as replies on all Aircall social media.

What you will do:

• Define the editorial roadmap: Planification and monitoring
• Animate and optimize social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter)
• Performance analysis and reporting (KPI’s)
• Respond to customers and our community in a timely manner
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
• New trends benchmark

• Currently ending a Bachelor or Master degree
• Native or Fluent in English - French would be a plus
• A first hands on experience with social media management
