🎯 What you will do :

Your role will be to work closely with Stephan (Country Manager) and the German Team to replicate this success story and manage operations, develop business and increase profitability for our company in Germany.

• Manage benchmark studies for the development of AGICAP in Germany
• Monitor sales and marketing operations in order to support customer acquisition and retention
• Support our Country manager in strategic projects (HR, Legal, Ops, Business Development..)
• Create contents and participate in the development of our communication and marketing
• Be creative and participate in nurturing our roadmap
• You will become familiar with our business and get to know everything about the way we sell and support our customers
• Be the eyes and ears of AGICAP on the German market - giving valuable feedback to Product team, Sales and Marketing team

• Native German speaker with a full professional proficiency in English
• Experience in SaaS environment targeting SMBs is a bonus
• Competitive and driven to achieve goal
• You are a “Doer” with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to help us reach our ambitious target
• Strong rigor and organization, ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information
• Enthusiasm and team spirit
• Bilingual in French is a plus
