As a Senior Recruiter you will be mainly responsible for:
Driving the end-to-end recruitment process demonstrating expertise in every phase
Ensuring diverse pipeline of candidate’s profiles and generating their interest to join Aeven identifying the best match based on job specifications
Building, evaluating and optimizing strategies for effective talent identification and recruitment
Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through excellent planning and delivery in Czech Republic and/or in Denmark
Collaborating with HR Business Partners
Undertaking administrative tasks involved with the recruitment process
Supporting Employer Branding activities
Who are we looking for?
Experienced recruiter with at least 3-4 years of background in IT/Tech recruitment and strong communication skills with fluency in English
Proactive and collaborative team member with ability to take initiative, dedicated to providing exceptional service to hiring managers and ensuring a unique and positive experience for every candidate
Natural networker staying on the edge of recruitment trends and market changes
Proven ability to navigate and excel in challenging IT market conditions, demonstrating a positive and solution-oriented mindset to consistently fulfill hiring requirements
