Our team of Enablers are in charge of supporting the global Product and Tech organisation to engage and collaborate effectively with our local Marketplaces (our local brands like Milanuncios, Coches, etc.). They are the contact point between our products and our users and their mission is to closely understand our marketplace problems and find out how to solve them, designing effective ways to get things done that don’t rely solely on scalable products.

As a Technical Project Manager (what we call internally Enabler Coordinator), you will be the glue between our highly skilled Chat and Notification engineering team and our global marketplaces. Ideally, you have experience working with software development teams and ability to quickly build a solid technical understanding of our product. You have professional experience where you have been successful managing expectations and plans with internal or external stakeholders, and have actively participated in leading projects and integrations to completion. Responsibilities

• Working closely with Product Management in setting priorities for product and engineering, serving as main technical point of contact for marketplaces
• Provide technical and hands-on project management of deployments, cross-functional coordination and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding outcomes
• Manage schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
• You help to organise and animate the team’s development and support processes with an Agile mindset
• Take responsibility for release communication, schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment
• Define a repeatable integration process for our product and align with other components
• Responsible to ensure high level of engagement and motivation for all engineers participating in the projects and ensure there is a positive, respectful, collaborative and constructive attitude

• Prior knowledge of working on software delivery project: you have architected, built, designed or managed one
• Significant previous experience managing complex technical projects
• Preferably, experience in complex environment with many stakeholders and global products 
• Ability to network with different teams across the organisation to leverage knowledge and expertise
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude combined with solid communication skills 
• Ability to discuss topics and identify opportunities and needs at different levels: business, product and engineering
• Accountability and ability to work autonomously, driven by value and impact on the team and stakeholders
• You can set the line between hands-on and effective delegation
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Working collaboratively with geographically distributed teams is a big plus
