What you’ll do
You’ll
Manage and advise on various transactions (transformational, adjacent and in-market) from origination through to execution, with a high degree of autonomy
Manage internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure clear accountability and progress remains on track
Prepare and present investment case materials to senior group and market executives
Act as a centre of excellence in reviewing, challenging and supporting transactions, projects and associated agreements
Perform due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of transactions
Liaise with local markets to validate and analyse potential M&A opportunities in line with the group M&A roadmap
Provide expert guidance and support on executing transactions

Who you are
Eight years of transaction advisory and execution experience from a top consultancy, investment bank, investment firm or similar corporate function
Experience in managing and supporting earlier stages of transaction lifecycle from origination to due diligence (mergers, acquisitions, divestments, JVs, commercial partnerships)
Strong financial modelling skills and knowledge of deal structuring
Team player with excellent verbal and written skills and demonstrated experience in communicating and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong judgement and critical thinking skills, with the ability to articulate and present points of view and ideas effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Excellent academics in business / economics / corporate finance
Fluency in English required
