We are looking for an Integration Architect that will be working closely with Enterprise System and Data Architects, the Integration Architect will define the way Enterprise IT applications and components interact, including technical mechanisms for integration and data flows. Enterprise IT covers enabling technology capabilities for the organisation such as Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Information Management, Security & Networking. You will be part of the Global Architecture function who has the following objectives: Coordinate global and local strategic business requirements, Deduplicate technology investment, Improve our governance of technology, Control the roadmap for technology end-to-end.In this role you will:
• Work with stakeholders to ensure overall integrity of the technology environment by using good practice in integrating enterprise systems• Utilise the Integration Platform to re-use integrations where it makes business and technical sense to do so• Create and maintain artifacts such as an Enterprise Integrations Catalogue, Information Flow Diagrams, Integration Standards and Patterns • Produce Integration Specifications in the form of functional and non-functional requirements• Review Solution Designs to assess impacts on the existing integrations landscape• Provide guidance on architecturally relevant design decisions concerning integrations• Review Solution Designs for compliance with integration standards and procedures • Coach and consult project teams in architecture decisions

who you are:• 5+ years’ experience as an Integration Architect working for multinational companies• Understanding of non-functional aspects of integration (e.g. security, resilience, performance, availability, reliability)• Experience of governing architecture designs and design decisions• Strong communication skills• Strong interpersonal and team-working skills• Strong problem solving, time management and organisational skills• Strong analytical and modeling skills• Experience using and developing Enterprise and Solution Architecture artifacts and frameworks (eg TOGAF, Principles, Standards, Policies, Reference Architectures, Patterns)
