The position

Job description

At ACC , aftersales department is under construction. We are designing how we want to work in the next year. The department will be in charge of claims,  warranty, spares parts management… and customer satisfaction.

In this context we are looking for an intern to support the aftersales department.

Tasks -among others- will be :

-   Preparation of 2 or 3 tests campaign to check readiness of aftersales department

o   Imagine scenarios including IT, supply chain and process  

o   Organize logistics test campaign

o   Write lessons learned & action plan   

-          Support of Customer Satisfaction & warranty manager

-          Support of Aftersales department director

-          Follow up with project partners on open topics

-          Come up with own ideas to do things better !

Preferred experience


  • Student of engineering, trade or similar faculties, MBA possible
