As a PM, you’ll be working in one of our 8 Product development Squads: the one in charge of all platform Reports, ML-driven indicators, and Experience Analytics tools (Session recording & replays, Click Heatmaps).
The Squad can apply a specific framework for the delivery process : Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, and use their own tools for the discovery as well (no rules, only framework). You’ll be lucky enough to be working with a Product Designer, and be able to “drink your own champagne” by using AB Tasty or Flagship - a feature management platform - to analyze user behavior, gather feedback, experiment and deploy features using Feature Flags or Progressive rollout. Our cadence is to ship working software every 2 weeks and ship value to our customers every 6 weeks.
As a Product Manager for the Analytics Squad, you will have complete ownership of the product plan roadmap to reach the North star metric, by :
Finding customers’ problems & opportunities : desirability about your productDefining user stories, acceptance criteria, and pairing with product design & engineering to deliver solutions : feasibility of the proposed solutionKnow if your product will be able to return value to the company by doing meeting with Sales (renew or new business meetings) : viability of your product
