In this role, you will learn how to identify key factor of success of a recruitment and qualify profiles at a high level.

📍 Contract & Location

  • Permanent full-time contract
  • Paris Office: 19 rue Michel Le Comte, 75003, with a smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)

    • 👀 A few examples of your responsibilities

  • Collaborate hand in hand with managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to collect their recruitment needs, and help them define the mandatory skills for future talents
  • Develop a strong network to create a pipeline of talents that you can reach out to anytime (if today is not the right time, maybe another day could be)
  • Source proactively and select profiles through different tools (internal ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, referral...)
  • Identify the appropriate recruitment partners according to the countries and smartly adapt to cultural differences to build strong relationships with each partner
  • Have regular syncs with managers to keep them updated on any progress with their open roles
  • Keep an eye on the figures - you must know exactly what you’ve achieved every quarter and be aware of your target
  • Be proactive to offer solutions to improve our internal processes
  • With time and experience, grow your scope to take the lead on employer branding missions
