Upon joining AB Tasty, you will become part of our DACH Customer Success team. You will work closely with them to ensure that our clients are making the most out of the AB Tasty tools. You will also gain your own client portfolio to structure successful relationships and be their main point of contact in order to manage their day-to-day requests.

Contract & Location:

- Permanent full-time contract

- Paris, Berlin or Cologne Office

- Smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days/week)

What you will do:

- Be responsible for the management of a customer portfolio following implementation

- Help build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with existing customers

- Undertake operational and methodological training for major accounts

- Support clients in creating and implementing tests and personalization campaigns

- Analyse and identify new areas for optimisation following data analysis

- Maximise your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction

- Help the Sales team with the on-boarding of new clients (POCs, technical support, determining the most suitable solution for the customer, presentation of products and services)

What we look for:

- At least 2-3 years work of experience in a related field as a Customer Success or Account Manager for a SaaS company

- Customer-focused, organised, with a proactive mindset

- Fluent in German and with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Analytical thinker who can translate complex data into profitable marketing plansInterest in UX, e-commerce, analytics or CRO

- Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded

- Ability to trave
