RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Strategy: Build the marketing strategy and planning to succesfully launch La Vie in Germany, in collaboration with our global CMO
  • Brand Ecosystem: Build the relevant partners and agencies ecosystem in Germany, to outperform in the long term (influence, media, sampling, copy writing…)
  • Budget: Recommend, Build, and Optimize the marketing budget to maximize impact and ROI in Germany
  • Creativity: Build the offline and online marketing plans, leveraging and adapting global content
  • Media: Define the right media mix and investment to maximize the visibility of La Vie in Germany
  • Influence: Connect with local micro and macro influencers to maximize our visibility
  • Foodservice: Partnerships in Foodservice to maximize the brand visibility, in close collaboration with the local Sales Manager
  • Retail: Partnerships and Activation in Retailers, in close collaboration with our Sales Manager

Preferred experience

COMPETENCIES

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Marketing Strategic role in Food , preferably in UE and/or for an US based company, you knows everything about production
  • Expertise in pitching agencies and maintaining good relationships with freelancers
  • Creative but rigorous with analytical and pragmatic capacities
  • Able to manage the Budget, Media and Digital Plannings
  • Proven experiences in Influencer marketing and Shopper marketing
  • Execution wizard : Action-oriented, impact-oriented, structured
  • Overview the Foodservice visibility & partnerships
  • People Manager: understands that success can only occur through people and communication
  • Comfortable working in a high performing, analytical and results-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Team player, well organised, keep cool when working for tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to give and receive feedbacks
  • Bilingual English and German
